Thanks a Lot for this provisionary Information, which is not fulfilling the obligations of article 25e of the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities. The letters have been Sent to my Old Adress in Brussels so that I Received the Information only today that my petitions in regard of Insurance Coverage for disabled have been closed One Year ago.
The fact that the German Government blocks the 5th Antidiscrimination Directive which contains the insurance coverage for persons with disabilities and the fact that the UN CRPD defines clear provisions in this regard results to petitioners opinion, that the Petions were closed unreasonable and this leads to a dramatic continuation of discrimination of persons with disabilities which need to be tackled by the European Institutions.
Please send me the full decision in copy to my New adress so that I can take action against it to ensure accessibility for Disabled in the Insurance sector!
Why the commission is not Pressing the German Government to liberate this Important directive which is urgently needed to establish social Inclusion in Europe???
This should be a major task of the Commission to ensure that not single memberstates are enabled to fight against European Interests and against the Interests of around 100 Million Europeans (with Disabilities). If the Commission has not the capacity To tackle such conflicts of interest, she wont be able To create Social Inclusion and neither to establish unity within the European Union!
Therefore I would like you to inform me about ways to reopen the petition till the German Government deblocks the directive which contains the aim of the petition.... It is in our all fundamental interest to establish social inclusion in Europe! Without the antidiscrimination directive this wont be possible !!!
