Behavioural mentors necessary for Inclusive School

Dear colleagues,
as this best practice from GB demonstrates:
an inclusive school environment will suceed ONLY if "Behaviour Mentors" will be included into the concept of inclusion, e.g. ABA Analysts.
The European School still tries to avoid adaptations like ABA and describes these as "therapy". Such policy will lead to the continuation of school exclusions at the European Schools of children with disability caused behavioural issues (autists, learning disabled children).
I propose to our group for this reason to emphasis the need of these obligatory behavioural adaptations also for the European Schools to avoid further exclusions (by including the mentioned necessary disability adaptations and ensuring their financing by the SEN Budget or an amendment at the staff regulation, which ensures the full coverage of these costs for the parents).
Best regards
