Dear Ms XX,
thanks a lot for your reply.
The lack in the staff regulation in regard disability caused accommodation and transport causes extraordinary costs exclusively for disabled staff and is therefore a clear case of discrimination against this group of staff. This lack in the staff regulation also violates the UN convention on the rights of persons with disabilities in article 5, 9, 20, 27 UN CRPD.
The European Institutions are legally binded to the UN convention since last year.
The fact that the Institutions are not working on the elimination against these accessibility lacks in regard of discrimination against staff with disabilities with all its negative consequences for this group of staff "entitles" me to place a complaint against this decision analogue to article 90 staff regulation.
For this reason I kindly ask you to forward my complaint to the responsible service, so that I will get the opportunity lateron to let the court of justice decide also on this accessibility lack:
the Institutions need urgently to start to close all these lacks in the staff regulation so that persons with disabilities wont be discriminated logistically and financially by the European Instititutions anymore. I understand that this will be only possible in coorporation with the European Commission; but the current situation leads to enormous problems of this group of staff and means effectively their exclusion (which is a violation of article 13 EU Treaty itself !)
Thank you in advance!
