Persons with disabilities are NOT excluded from ....
"the general education system on the basis of disability, and that children with disabilities are not excluded from free and compulsory primary education, or from secondary education, on the basis of disability"
Article 24 CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Missing individual adaptations at schools for the autistic children
An answer to the school:
You write: "the school....was unable to offer an appropriate and secure educational structure". This was not the case: I explaint ....., that only the method ABA (applied behaviour analysis) will allow to control the disability caused misbehaviour of ......... children with autistic disorders. Nowerdays only two methods lead to sucessful education of autism: ABA and TEACH. These methods are standard in the United States and other countries.
The personnel you have, knew neither the one nor the other method. We work with ..... for many years at home with the method ABA. Just because this adaptation was missing at school, contrary to your prior intention because of financial reasons, the integration program ...... failed, because the assistants were not educated to get ...... missbehaviour under control with ABA or TEACH), like we do!
If the ........ Schools have a genuine interest in the integration of autistic children, they need to invest into necessary adaptations for their staff to enable them to work apropriate with these kind of disabilities: should this fail because of formal or financial reasons (like in our case), these formalities need to be changed since the UN convention on the rights of disabled people commits in article 24 to provide all necessary and appropriate adaptations on the ground of childrens' disability, for sure this can not be - as you wrote in your answer to my appeal - the decision of the school; only the disability of the child will give the answer what is a necessary adaptation:
The failure in integration ........ in your school proves that the adaptation you provided were not "appropriate"
